Thoughtful Thursday: Give Thanks! - Part 3

Psalms 100:4 -“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving…”

We should be thankful for:

-The church

-Religious freedom

-The Gospel

“…and into his courts with praise…”

We should praise Him for:

-His goodness

-His mercy

-His love

-Who He is

“…be thankful unto him…”

It seems like such a general statement, yet it covers so much.  It is basically telling us to be thankful for everything. 

Everything we have, we have because God allowed us to have it.

-Salvation

-Health

-Family

-Provision

-The Bible

-Heaven

-Freedom

These are just a few of the many things that we should daily thank Him for.
